  2. The look is really beautiful… I usually just contour with bronzer and highlight under the eye with a lighter powder like Fenty Chai I think that's the shade because it usually cuts down on the number of products. ❤ but the look is very editorial and beautiful

  9. Horrible customer service and they refuse to take returns back. I ordered 4 different shades just to see which one is my shade and wanted to return the rest but they refused to take the returns!.. oh and if you pick fast shipping that's pointless too because the take up 7 days to process your order once you place it online… then they ship it out after the 7days! wth… that is horrible and I regret buying their makeup. lesson learned. just a warning for you all. buy one shade cause you cant return or exchange anything. I love the fact that we are trying to do something in our community and we are owning more business but we need to make the process of purchasing items a bit easier. Don't give special treatment to youtubers or reviewers in order to get better reviews. At the end of the day customers like us are the ones who purchase your items so please JUVIA's place do better and ship our items faster. Have a better exchange/return policy.

    I know this is a rant but I am pissed that I have 3 foundations that I cant exchange for the right shade!
